This teff bread pre-mix has the natural aroma of nutty and chestnut because of the teff grains.

Each pack of pre-mix can make one loaf of bread that weigh around 450g.
【No bread machine required ︳Steam/ Bake】
Designed in Hong Kong, this pre-mix does not require any bread machine and can be cooked by steaming or baking. Suitable for beginners.
As gluten-free bread doesn’t require heavy kneading to form the elastic structure, we don’t need the bread machine.
Simply follow the instructions on the packaging, you can become a chef and make a soft and moist gluten-free bread! No eggs and dairy required!

【Choosing your mold】

【Detailed Ingredients】
Gluten-free flour (white rice flour, teff flour, sorghum flour, tapioca starch), monk fruit sweetener, raising agent E500 baking powder, thickener E415 xanthan gum, psyllium husk powder, salt.
【Bread Storage & Consumption Method】
Since no preservatives are added, it is recommended to store in the refrigerator 0-4C after baking/steaming if you cannot finish them on the same day.
You can reheat the bread before consumption: Microwave at 900W for 30seconds, or bake at 150 degrees for 10minutes, or steam for 5 minutes.
You can also keep them in the freezer -18C for up to 3 months.
