Orders & Delivery

(For Hong Kong customers)

All orders can be delivered to commercial and residential addresses. 

As the delivery temperature and time for fresh food, prepackaged food and cakes is different, Please expect multiple deliveries when you place an order with multiple product types.

Aroma Stones & Essential Oils

Free delivery in Hong Kong.

Each aroma stone is handmade. Order lead time is 4-7 working days upon order confirmation.

Frozen Bread

Enjoy free delivery for orders HK$250 or above. For orders below HK$250, delivery charge is HK$43.

Upon order confirmation, all orders will be sent out in 1-3 working days. Once the order is dispatched, our system will send you a notification email. 

The daily order cut-off time is 10am in the morning. 

*If you want freshly baked bread, please pre-order via whatsapp (852) 5122 1279 a day before and pick up at our Wanchai shop.

Prepackaged Food

Enjoy free delivery for orders HK$500 or above. For orders below HK$500, delivery charge is HK$69.

Upon order confirmation, all orders will be sent out in 1-3 working days (exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). Once the order is dispatched, our system will send you a notification email. 

The daily order cut-off time is 10am in the morning. 

Remarks:

Delivery time may be delayed due to pandemic situations.

Due to typhoon and heavy rain, the delivery time may be slightly delayed.

Gluten-free Desserts

Please order our gluten-free desserts 3-4 days before your required date.

If you are urgent, or inquiring on behalf your company, please feel free to call us at (852) 2137 0719 or whatsapp (852) 5122 1279.

Pick up in shop: You may visit our shop and order in person, or whatsapp us to pre-order for pick up.

Delivery: Delivery fee is HK$120. You may place your order online directly. Please indicate your required date and writings in the Remarks as you check-out.

The default delivery hour is 4-7pm. If you have any preferred time, please indicate your preference in the Remarks column also. We will try our best to accommodate. 

Remarks:

In case of typhoon and heavy rain, we will contact you on the delivery matter. 

Important Notes

If NutriAlley cannot deliver on the delivery date due to failure to contact the customer, the order will be deemed abandoned and NutriAlley will not make any replacement.

If the courier fails to deliver due to incorrect contact information that provided by the customer, the order will be deemed abandoned and NutriAlley will not make any replacement.

After the food arrives, if it is left unattended for a period of time, all responsibilities that may arise, including: loss, contamination, and temperature changes, NutriAlley and third-party courier companies will not be liable.
