Teff is the smallest grain in the world (1 wheat grain = 100-150 teff grains!)

Our teff muffin pre-mix pairs very well with chocolate! Add cacao powder to this pre-mix and make chocolate muffins!

Reduced sweetness

Unlike most products from the U.S. and Europe, our muffin pre-mix is created with a reduced sweetness recipe.
