Tips to Succeed

Roll to and fro
Gluten-free dumpling wrappers have no gluten, so as you press the dough, roll to and fro. Do not pull it or it will break.

Use mold to cut circles
We suggest to use a round mold like mousse ring to cut out the wrappers.

Avoid getting wet
The dough will become sticky when it comes in contact with water. So when you shape the dumplings, simply press the wrapper with your fingers.

Use drier fillings
If the filling is too wet, the dumpling wrapper may break. It is recommended to use drier filling.
