All Natural Ingredients
Our pre-mix contains wholegrain brown rice, and you need to add fresh sweet potato as you make the buns. They are good source of vitamin B1 for you to maintain the health of skin and function of your heart and nervous system. They are also a good source of dietary fibre which promotes the growth of good bacteria in your gut and overall gut health.
No Added Sugar & Salt
All sweetness of the bun comes from the fresh sweet potato. You need no extra sugar and salt!
After fermentation, the sugar in the sweet potato will be digested by the yeast and became the gas and structure of the bun. So the end-product won't be too sweet but have a fresh, light aroma instead.
No Added Colouring & Preservatives
